Living in the middle of Oregon wine country, we have access to a lot of great wine, a lot of great food, and moderately dark skies. We're also influenced by the "do it yourself" food culture of Oregon where it's not uncommon for people to make their own beer and wine, charcuterie, bread, and cheese.
